BAKED WITH LOVEEverything started in a small village of southern Greece, Flabouro, where Elisabeth Tamoutseli used to bake handcrafted fillo pies for the local police department. Made with fresh, homemade butter and ingredients straight out of the land raised great awareness in the region associating her name with the art of baking.
GENERATION TO GENERATIONBack in 1974, Anthoula Tzetzi, Elisabeth's daughter, found interest in the local cuisine. Soon after, she decided to launch a family cook house, serving a variety of homemade food and the famous crust following her mother's recipe.
ALLOTINAThe legacy kept going and the third generation, Domna and Dafni established in 2000 a brand new restaurant in the city of Florina. This outward thinking of the two sisters in combination with the excellent product quality were crucial to penetrate new markets. Shortly after, the great demand for the traditional pies led the family to establish a production unit, in 2006.
